Student Connection 2021-22 School Year

After 2 years of running successful tutoring programs, Student Connection is embarking on a new mission: to use our model to further the development of nation wide solutions to education inequity. Research around “high-impact” tutoring is popping up around America and labeling it as the most effective way of accelerating student learning. But there is nothing on peer-tutoring, which we believe has even more benefits than programs that hire adult tutors. We are planning to launch a pilot program in a school district that serves as a study for a professional research institution, in hopes of solidifying our tutoring model so that hundreds of districts around the country can implement it. We need your help to fund these pilot programs, which would provide tutors to hundreds of students that need them.
