I have been a rower with Austin Rowing Club for a couple of years now, and the time I spend with them continues to make positive impacts on my life. Rowing has brought me so many wonderful experiences, experiences which need to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, there is still a large number of young people who lack the support they need in order to join and enjoy rowing. This is why I believe STEM to Stern’s mission is critical. By breaking down barriers and opening new doors, we are helping change the lives of so many kids. Together, with your help, we can make a difference to make sure everyone, no matter their background, has the opportunity to row.
