Steve Solomon for County Council

Thank you for supporting my campaign for Montgomery County Council - At Large. 

While anyone can contribute, I am only asking for donations from Montgomery County, MD residents.

I am participating in the public financing program, which means 100% of my donations are from individuals (no PACs, businesses, or special interests) and these donations are capped at $500 (the minimum donation is $5).  

With public financing, I will receive matching funds for each donation from a Montgomery County resident.  

5x up to $50, 3x for $51-100, and 2x for $101-150.

• a $5 donation turns into $30
• $25 donation = $150
• $50 donation = $300
• $100 donation = $500
• $250 donation = $750
• $500 donation = $1,000  

Also, public funds are only available if I reach the minimum threshold of 250 individual donors from Montgomery County and $20,000. 

So if you give 200, it becomes 700, but if you gave 100 and your spouse gave 100, not only does that get me two donors instead of one, but each 100 becomes 500, so 1,000 total!
