Join a Founding Team of 11 Donors

Each founding donor supporting one Refugees United Soccer Academy located in Chad.

As a Starting 11 member, you'll ensure that hundreds of boys and girls have the chance to play, learn, and grow in an Academy every year.

This is your invitation to make a direct difference in the lives of Sudanese refugee children, connect with others who share a passion for youth soccer and meaningful impact, and experience the joy and hope that comes from taking action with iACT. 

Your commitment will directly support one Academy location — giving hundreds of boys and girls who’ve been displaced by war the chance to experience friendship, play, and joy through soccer.

Introducing Starting 11:

We are inviting a small, committed circle of funders to join the Starting 11 by contributing $5,000 to sustain one Refugees United Soccer Academy for an entire year. With $5,000 for one Academy, you will directly fund the following:

• Monthly stipend for four coaches — two men and two women — for one year, in a place where very few paid jobs exist
• Participation of 200 to 400 boys and girls ages 6 to 14 in Academy session that take place six times a week
• Hygiene supplies (water, buckets, drinking cups); basic first-aid supplies; and soccer equipment, including balls, cones, bibs, whistles, and pop-up goals.

This $5,000 contribution can come from one person or it can come from a group of people — friends, families, soccer players, teams — who want to join forces.
