Your generous gift empowers STARS Academy to provide an extraordinary learning experience to as many students as possible, allowing us to provide an arts-based individualized education that prepares each student for a brighter future.
One of the great joys of giving is knowing that your gift will instill in young people a love of learning to acquire habits of heart and mind which will help them become thoughtful, compassionate citizens of the world.
Every donation counts - $10, $25, $50, $100, $500... whatever you are able to give will be put to good use and is greatly appreciated!! Our goal is $5,000 and we are already one-fifth of the way there!
#GivingTuesday is a worldwide movement to encourage giving and celebrate generosity. Harnessing the collective power of charities, businesses, and individuals, the goal of this initiative is to transform how people think about, talk about, and participate in giving all year long -- especially during the holidays.
100% of every gift to STARS Academy School supports our program through academics, arts, technology, student scholarships, student life, professional development, and extra-curricular programs. Gifts allow us to set goals and to make our dreams a reality. Below is some information about our school.
STARS Academy’s mission is to successfully educate all students through deep academic inquiry and creativity of the arts through flexible mixed-age groupings. By utilizing small group instruction (5:1 student to teacher ratio), STARS Academy is able to ensure students are mastering concepts before moving on to new ones. STARS Academy believes that infusing the arts into an engaging, diversely accessible, and rigorous standards-based curriculum will provide students with the academic, social, and technical skills and attitudes necessary to succeed in the 21st century.
