Israel is at war.

We have identified 2 areas that have an extreme level of urgency, that we are uniquely positioned to help with:

1. Community Security

We have been able to purchase thousands of dollars worth of boots, vests, helmets, and more essential supplies for security teams on the front-lines already, but many front-line communities remain under-supplied with essential life-saving equipment.

The horrific events of October 7th are a dire reminder to all of us how important is it to protect each community. Let us not be naive to thinking this could never happen again, and let’s take concrete actions to ensure that every community in Israel is as protected and secure as possible. 

2. Support for At-Risk Youth who have been displaced by the conflict.

One of our partners is a ministry in the South near Gaza which, until the war, provided essential services to at-risk youth, especially those without parents or with an unstable family situation. These youth were displaced at the start of the war and are now living in government-sponsored hotels around the country. We plan to support the housing, care, and professional counseling for these troubled youth, evacuated from the horrors of the massacres in the South.  

At-risk-youth from broken homes are some of the most vulnerable members of Israel’s society, and as Christians, we are reminded of the words of Jesus, “The King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me’” (Matthew 25:40).
