Hamilton's story is one of resilience, patience, and finally — belonging.

Before Hamilton came to Harmony Farm Sanctuary, he was passed from home to home, rehomed again and again, never given the stability every animal deserves. By the time he found his way to us in 2015, he wasn't just looking for shelter. He was looking for peace.

And here, he found it.

Now a senior pig, Hamilton spends his days resting in his favorite cozy spots, soaking up gentle attention from the people who love him — finally home for good.

Age has brought arthritis with it. He needs daily medication, ongoing veterinary care, and a little extra help from our team to keep him moving comfortably. But he meets every day the same way: sweet, gentle, trusting. A quiet soul who reminds us why this work matters.

There are two things you should know about Hamilton. He loves to sing — a soft, baritone-tenor split, depending on his mood. And every night he snuggles in with his best friends, Doris and Petunia — three pigs who refuse to sleep apart.
