At Laeknir K9 Foundation, we believe no veteran should have to fight alone after coming home.

For many veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mobility challenges, or the invisible weight of combat and service, a properly trained service dog can mean the difference between isolation and independence.

These dogs are more than companions. They are stability. Confidence. Security. Purpose. Sometimes, they are the reason someone keeps going.

Our mission is to provide highly trained service dogs to veterans while keeping the process accessible and affordable for those who sacrificed for this country. But training and raising a service dog takes time, resources, veterinary care, food, equipment, and thousands of hours of work.
