JET Mode Media Academy was founded as a means to expose youth of color to creative jobs in tech. Teens in vulnerable populations need support. Regularly, they struggle with risk factors including generational poverty, anger management, behavioral and emotional issues, truancy and juvenile delinquency. These teens also lack the resources necessary to create and compete in a digital world.
As a solution, JETMode Media Mobile Academy was created to boost the creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills of Gen- Z. Our programming consists of project- based learning that merges media, technology, entrepreneurship and education to promote the social, academic and career development of adolescents through digital media.
So please join me in making a difference! We're raising money to employ creative teens, purchase needed equipment such as hardrives, computers, SD cards, cameras, laptops and other art & design materials. We are raising this money as an investment to our programs for the upcoming school year and summer. We need your financial support, and any donation will help make an impact. Your donation will also help us provide a year of programming to a student with career exposure, training and mentoring to youth across Dallas, Texas metroplex.
