Trip/event payments are made in exchange for services, and are not tax-deductible.
All donations to the student scholarship fund, staff salary fund, and/or gifts beyond trip payment are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer, as no goods or services are provided in exchange for these contributions.
