SOW Missions 2025

To my dearest friends and family,

And especially to my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Our good and gracious Lord has presented my team and I with an opportunity to help advance the kingdom of God and share the good news; the words of eternal life from God and about God, through a short-term mission trip overseas in Taiwan. It is the very same Word that you have heard, that you have chosen to put your trust in, and that our Lord has blessed us through. What an honour it is to share this with others!

What's the point?

We have heard it said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." (The Great Commission, Matt. 28:19)

Simply, it is what we are saved to do, why God gave us our lives here on Earth - "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)

This call is for everyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Taiwan is an amazing place; it is developed and advanced, with a rich culture, community, and history; however, spiritually, it remains lost. Just under 7% of the population identifies as "Christian"; the Gospel has yet to reach many, but that is not to say that God is not at work in Taiwan.

What will we be doing?

Our team will be in Taiwan for 2 weeks (Dec. 22 - Jan. 5). During that time, we will be providing support and able bodies to the church and missionary there to help in

• Children's and youth ministry
• University campuses
• Orphanage visits
• Community outreach

"Learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow." (Isaiah 1:17)

I hope that through encouragement and acts of service, the love and grace of our God shine through and reach people's hearts.

Financially

Our team members have to raise $3,500 each. This covers the travel, accommodation, and ministry expenses. It would mean the world to me if you were to donate financially through this donorbox

Prayer

Please pray for us. We ask the Lord to:

• Provide for our team's every need
• Give us diligent, servant hearts
• Work through us to reach the people in Taiwan with the love of God
• Help us do all things with love and keep us from stumbling

It would truly mean the world to me if you, out of the kindness and generosity of your hearts, were to help me financially and prayerfully.
