On our retreat in El Salvador we launched an amazing project! With your help, we journeyed into the local community bringing a year's worth of much-needed supplies. Your continued support will provide ESL (English as a Second Language) books and menstrual products for teen girls at an orphanage in the beach town of El Tunco...Thank you!

The girls' wish list includes items like new underwear, disposable pads, and soap. Providing clean menstrual hygiene products helps keep girls in school, boosts their sense of self + empowerment and improves their physical wellness. We aim to provide a bi-lingual workshop, care packages and ongoing supplies this year. If you're female, please help us create care packages by including a love note (we'll translate them into Spanish) about why it rocks to be a woman!

Seva is the art of giving with no expectation to receive. The act itself is a gift to everyone involved. When we partake in this process we step into intimacy with humanity; we are fulfilled. Seva is love in action.

Soul Nourish retreats focus on igniting & transformative soulwork, finding balance in life and a healthy mind-body connection. Led by experienced, soulful facilitators in beautiful destinations, our Women’s Weekends and retreats are liberating, nurturing and empowering. We're partnered in this Seva project with Yo Soy Candle, eco + conscious candles with a purpose.

We believe that small steps lead to great change.
