SongStrong Sanctuary Brick Project

The SongStrong Sanctuary continues to make excellent progress!  We have been working hard to make improvements around the farm.  We have partnered with All the King's Horses Equine Rescue to save neglected/abused horses to be rehabilitated and adopted into forever homes. Phase 1 of our project is complete.  A few weeks ago, we had our first adoption!

We are now beginning Phase 2 of our project.  Our sanctuary's mission is to create a safe, peaceful environment for traumatized children/veterans and horses to come together to heal, relax, and smile again. We will begin our first equine therapy program for children on February 14th. 

Equine-Assisted Therapy is an innovative, experiential approach that actively involves horses in mental health treatment. Horses have a unique sensitivity to people's feelings.  Also, horses react to subtle changes in their environment. Therefore, they can sense someone's emotional state, including states of depression or anxiety. 

Now we need your help to support and grow our equine therapy program at the Sanctuary!  We are excited to announce our Brick Fundraiser.  You can purchase a brick that will be be part of the SongStrong Sanctuary Walk of Fame.  There are three sizes to choose from, and prices vary by size.  Be sure to complete the engraving lines based upon your brick's size so that your kindness and generosity will be visible to those who visit the Sanctuary for years to come.
