This year for our annual Solace Sunrise 5k Walk/Run, we are inviting our supporters to form their own running fundraising teams. All money raised will go directly to the provision of our completely free, confidential mental health support and suicide prevention services. It can be with your local sports team, coworkers, running group, family, friends - the possibilities are endless!
