Hi all!

My name is Sofiya. I'm a Ukrainian who moved to Wales in 2003.

This year, I am once again proud to take part in the Snowdon Eryri Marathon, which will take place in Llanberis, North Wales, on 25.10.25.

Last year, thanks to your incredible support, I was able to raise over £1,000 for Ukraine. This year, I am returning to the challenge for the second time. I’ve trained hard every week to prepare, and I’m determined to do my best both on the course and in fundraising for my country.

I dedicate this race to Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, who continue to fight for their lives and freedom. The daily suffering and losses that my homeland endures fill me with pain, but also with determination to help.

That’s why I kindly ask you once more to support me. Every donation will go directly to Sunflowers Wales, our trusted community group that tirelessly purchases and delivers vital medical supplies to hospitals and paramedics in Ukraine.
