SKCP | Annual Appeal 2022

With the support of neighbors like you, over this past year the organization has: distributed hundreds of food boxes to food insecure households, connected community members with critical housing and utility assistance programs, filed and followed up on hundreds of 311 reports, hosted community zoning meetings to give neighbors a voice in local development, preserved and maintained green infrastructure along American Street, advocated for city policies that support environmental health and economic inclusion in our neighborhood, and much more.

As we look to 2023, we see many exciting initiatives on the horizon, from further building our capacity to provide cleaning and greening services throughout the community, securing a neighbor-controlled public green space, and working towards a new SKCP-owned office and community center.
