Slaughterhouse Survivors, Harbin China
The torture and slaughter of thousands of defenseless dogs takes place every year for the Chinese dog meat trade - and we can no longer sit back and watch.
Underdog International has partnered with Harbin SHS (Slaughterhouse Survivors) to tackle this horrific industry head-on through education, rescue and adoption.
Saving the lives of these poor dogs, many pets that have been stolen from their owners, cannot be achieved without your support and we are incredibly grateful for your donation towards our efforts in China. No sentient being should be treated in this way and we are determined to be a part of the movement that stops this terrible cruelty. Can you help us to help them? Each and every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference.
OUR PARTNERSHIP
We are the official UK partner for Harbin SHS, which means UK taxpayers can ensure they benefit from Gift Aid. We also send Underdog International volunteers to the shelter in China on a regular basis to help with the day-to-day running of the shelter. They support the selfless team who tirelessly work round the clock, 365 days a year, in order to save as many dogs as possible.
We are an adoption affiliate, rehoming SHS's Chinese meat dog trade dogs into the UK. We love knowing that these deserving dogs can be adopted into loving homes, and can finally enjoy the peace and tenderness that they deserve. If you are interested in adopting a dog from China, please visit our Adopt a Dog page on www.theunderdog.org
Rescue, rehabilitate, rehome. Repeat.
