Sometimes when we color outside the lines its a good thing! Often when we do not follow the crowd we can experience an unexpected outcome. The developing world is an often strange and difficult place to work... often with unexpected outcomes. Praise God for clarity of purpose !

It is always an appropriate response to a natural disaster or emergency, that when we see hunger, when we see need that there is an almost universal desire in us to "fix" it. However; under normal conditions when you feed hungry people a funny thing happens... they are hungry again tomorrow... the next day... and a hundred more after that. Its called dependency, without dignity. But... when you provide them with a skill set, and better yet... when you provide them with the opportunity to use that skill set and invest in their community they thrive. Well... now your changing everything, your providing a lifetime, a generational change. your changing everything, your coloring outside the lines.... and that is a good thing. Our goal is to sow training and opportunity.

After months of construction, building out infrastructure, training interns and a bit of struggle... here we are standing at the edge... Okay, so now what... we jump? Yes that is exactly the next step. But... what will that look like?

What a rare and different opportunity God has created here. An opportunity that shares the gospel and disciples those willing to participate, all while teaching international level skills that culminate in full employment in a Cooperative Business model. There are no freebies, no food distribution, no free clothes and shoes! No handouts that only sustain those we serve for a day! Our model will breakdown the cycle of generational abject poverty and create opportunity for those who work hard, all while growing in the Lord and creating an eternal mindset. Our collective goal is to create a community that is focused on and preparing for a future where individuals are empowered to create a future filled with hope, fueled by knowing Christ and practicing international level skill sets in a community owned Cooperative Business model. What is God really up to? He only knows but we can be certain it is for His Glory... Come with us... we're coloring outside the lines!!!!
