Abby and Mike thank you for bringing my attention to this important program. The situation in Syria has been devastating, and it's heartening to see people like you who are passionate about helping others. Charitable acts can make a significant impact on the lives of those suffering from the consequences of war.

I've learned about your organization from KQED. I am so impressed with Mouaz Moustafa, and his love for people. I heard him on the radio before he left for Syria and it made me cry to hear how excited and emotional he was to go and help his country. Then today I heard him being interviewed from one of Assad's torture prisons and he spoke about trying to find Austin Tice, the American held there since 2012. It made me cry again that he cares so much, and is so courageous to face the horrors of the former dictator.

It is important to always be there for each other and help each other out whenever we can, especially during times of hardship. I will always support the people of Syria. I recognize that the people of Syria have endured immense pain, and I will do my best to ensure that their voices are heard and that their struggles are acknowledged. #CancelCancer
