Pioneer Ministry: Local Church Development and Network Leadership
Over our 14 years on the field, we have been privileged to help pioneer the UK field of Greater Europe Mission, train youth leaders with Reign Ministries and pioneered a network of microchurches called Journey Communities. While Journey is now supported by UK-based leadership, the Lothamers play a crucial role in guiding its local mission in their role as elders. Jeff oversees FLTR Coffee, Journey’s community coffee shop and together, they lead a microchurch that regularly extends the love of Jesus to those passionate about basketball and living in their neighbourhood.
Jeff is the director of Kairos Connexion, a family of churches across the UK that collaborates with diverse church streams, with a strong focus on mission and discipleship. Christie is spearheading The Microchurch Network, an arm of Kairos Connexion that supports leaders who are making disciples among niche groups in order to see new microchurches emerge in the UK.
