Model Cities Senior Wellness Center sits in Ward 5 but serves almost 300 people every year. Free to DC residents over 60, Model Cities is a community where members stay engaged, active, healthy, and social!

While funding from DC government covers many of our costs, it doesn't cover all of them. We need your help to expand transportation to get seniors to our center, provide educators and teachers, and support member led initiatives.
