Schoolbooks Appeal

Please support my bike ride for Starfish Asia!  

I am riding in the Suffolk Spring Classic cycle sportive on Sunday 21 April 2024 – 60 km starting and finishing in Newmarket. I am based in the parish of St James’ Thornton, West Bradford and the birthplace of the Bronte sisters. The picture above is me, having completed the cycle sportive last year. This time I have decided to raise money for Starfish Asia, in particular for the Schoolbooks Fund. My aim is to raise £240, enough to provide a set of vital textbooks for 60 children. 
That's one set of books for every kilometre covered!

The Christian community in Pakistan needs all our support, and as a former teacher I know the value of education.  I am also doing this in remembrance of my late wife who had visited Pakistan and had a heart for the disadvantaged and wanted to see God’s kingdom made known to all.  Thank you for your support.
