Saving the Ex Workhorse Mares

Barbie and Skipper… bonded girls, a team of Amish “tractors”. Underweight, beat down, worn down, tired, but so forgiving… I’m sure at some point they’ve been friends with our Midge [who is gaining weight beautifully in quarantine (see Patreon)], so, luckily, we were able to see these girls and try to help them before they were to take a one-way trip to a sl@ughter plant in Mexico (currently that’s where Bowie sends all horses to sl@ughter to be rendered for their meat which is then shipped all over the world).

Unfortunately, this means the discarded horses like these #exAmish girls who were used as farm EQUIPMENT, were trashed when better, younger equipment came along to replace them…. 

We need you to help us fight for them! to get them bailed, transported, quarantine, vetted, trimmed, fed… we need YOU. THEY NEED YOU. Let’s fight! For them. Always. Midge is waiting for her Barbie girls to join her for a life of love and retirement.
