Goal
Trial by jury is a fundamental and ancient British right, guaranteed since Magna Carta and defended for over 800 years.
It exists to protect ordinary people from the unchecked power of the state — and it is now under serious threat.
Plans to weaken jury trials are being pushed without public consent and without ever appearing in a UK manifesto. Voters were never asked. Parliament was never given a clear mandate. This is a quiet erosion of one of our oldest liberties. As David Lammy has warned, jury trials are vital to fairness and to public trust in the justice system — once they are gone, they are rarely restored.
This campaign will use online advertising, billboards, and leaflets to expose what is happening and to mobilise public opposition before it is too late. History shows that rights lost through silence are the hardest to win back.
Magna Carta did not limit power so it could be dismantled in secret.
Your donation helps defend an ancient British right — and keeps justice where it belongs: in the hands of the people.
If you want it even sharper or more confrontational, I can turn the heat up further.
