Save and Rescue Gaynee Logging elephant🐘

💔 THIS IS GAYNEE AND HER STORY SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HER LIFE. We were tipped off about an elephant suffering in Ban Sop Houn village, so we went to find her. What we saw broke our hearts. Her name is Gaynee. She is living a life of endless logging, working until her body is exhausted, carrying heavy loads while suffering the painful blows of a cane and the cruel pressure of bullhooks to her head. She has no choice. No freedom. No way to walk away from the work that is breaking her body and spirit. But today, something changed. We negotiated for Gaynee, and we can now officially begin the process of bringing her to safety. We promised her that we will not walk away. We will rescue Gaynee. 🐘💔 But we cannot do this alone. Her rescue will be expensive, and every contribution brings us closer to the day when Gaynee can finally leave the chains, the logging, and the pain behind.
