Urgent Pet Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in New York. Our application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending with the IRS. Once approved, our exemption will be retroactive to our date of incorporation, and all donations made now will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
