My name is Sara Pelly and I am running for the OUSD School Board Area 4.
A little about me. I am a retired teacher and elementary school principal with 35 years in education. A proud product of K-12 public schools, I have been a public school advocate throughout my career because public schools serve ALL students, and provide support for the varying needs of the diverse communities that make up our country.
In a Democracy, everyone has the right to a quality education. As a board member I will continue to support students, public schools, and the hardworking teachers and employees who are the heart of OUSD.
