Currently in the UK, 13 families a day suffer the heartbreak of losing their baby before, during or shortly after birth. And an estimated 1 in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage.

But together, we can make a difference.

How your donation will help.

Your donation will help provide bereavement support services to families like Rob and Charlotte Allen, who lost baby Niamh in October 2017, and anyone affected by baby loss right across the UK. It will also help us continue our campaigning and research to help understand how we can improve maternity safety to save even more babies’ lives. 

Sands is here for anyone left shattered by the death of a baby and we will continue to do everything possible to stop people having to experience such tragedy, to reduce the thousands of people whose lives are changed forever.
