Oregon is facing catastrophic funding cuts that threaten our work, and the work of our colleagues in the sexual violence, domestic, and child abuse prevention + response field.

Now, Oregon SATF’s nationally-recognized campus program is at risk of closure, after decades of support and legislative progress to keep Oregon students safe.

We won’t stop supporting Oregon schools, and will not let Oregon survivors and students pay the price for federal funding cuts.

Support our mission by contributing a donation today, and ensure that our mission-driven work to support survivors continues for decades to come!

Here are some of the activities that your donation allows Oregon SATF to continue:

- providing free, confidential technical assistance and individualized support to all of Oregon's 40+ institutions of higher education (including community colleges, public and private institutions).  This includes guidance to support survivors, build confidential advocacy programs, develop comprehensive violence prevention departments and strategies to prevent violence on campus, evaluation, Title IX and other legal frameworks.

- facilitating our 40-hour, campus-specific confidential advocacy certification training. This online training is the only one of its kind, and specifically ensures that more confidential resources are available to Oregon students that experience sexual and dating violence, stalking, and harassment.

- supporting legislative initiatives that ensure appropriate response to and prevention of violence by schools, resources for student survivors to stay in school.

- offering high-quality, low-cost (or free!) trainings and webinars. These trainings help staff at institutions of higher education in Oregon be well-versed in survivor and student-centered care, building community connections off-campus, prevention strategies, and more!

- providing guidance to state government officials and departments regarding best-practices in care for students and violence prevention strategies on college campuses.

- supporting county Sexual Assault Response Teams (SARTs) to work with colleges and universities, and include students in their overall service and prevention plans.
