My name is Rupert Parchment. I am running for Colorado State Senate District 23, as the liberty-loving, conservative voice we need with the best chance of winning in the General Election. Colorado desperately needs Fresh Faces & New Ideas not more corrupt revolving door career politicians.


With your help, we can continue the fight for:


  • Pro Caucus: Grassroots Caucus Delegates should decide which candidate should be on the ballot, not special interest. I pledge I will go thru our Grassroots Caucus or go home. I will NOT use Petitions or Signatures to go around the will of the people.
  • Pro Second Amendment: “…the right of the people to keep & bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” I do NOT support Red Flag Gun Confiscation laws.
  • Pro Life: I believe in the right to life from conception to natural death.
  • Pro Liberty: I am a fighter for free speech; we must stand against those who hate us because we love the Bible & our guns.
  • Pro Parental Choice: As a charter school parent, I believe PARENTS should decide what education or medicine best suits their family not government.
  • Pro Jobs: As a business owner, I support limited government, low taxes, and removing burdensome regulations that hinder job growth.
  • Pro Safe Energy: I have worked in the oil fields and have been a witness to all the great things this industry has done to benefit all families. Because of oil, America is independent & free from those who want to hurt us. Colorado families are stronger because of safe oil exploration.
  • Pro YOU: As your State Senator from District 23, my job is to be YOUR voice, vote in accordance with YOUR beliefs and protect OUR livelihood. Special interest or an individual’s own personal pain should not come first. Let’s make America First, Colorado First, AND Family First.

Colorado State Senate District 23 is a vastly diverse community, where one common theme emerges: OUR LOVE OF GOD AND LIBERTY! We "Deplorables, Bible-Thumpers and Gun-Clingers" need to stand up and send a message to those at the State Capitol and throughout the state, that our God, our guns, and our freedom are not negotiable.
