Brothers John D. Wooton and William R. Wooton started this fund to honor their parents. John and Bill are local attorneys who have been active in many aspects of our community. The income from this fund shall be used for a scholarship to be awarded to a WWHS graduate or lineal descendent of a WWHS graduate who is a student at the WVU College of Law. “Boots” died in 2008.
