Mr. Kosnoski currently serves as president of Paint Creek Coal Co. and Mountaineer Structures. His major business involvement for more than three decades has been in the coal and construction industries. He established this scholarship fund to generate income to assist WWHS graduates with fees for tuition, instruction and books at any accredited institution of higher learning.
