Because of you, we met our fundraising goal this year is to close the gap on funds raised to replace our threadbare seats and make other critical repairs and enhancements.

Our little corner of the world has maintenance needs all year round. One way you can help support theater beyond the gala is by signing up to be a monthly donor. Just $18 a month will go a long way and will be counted toward out theater's enrichment and enhancement fund!

Just walk into The Riverdale Y’s cozy theater and feel the energy. Our three resident theater companies provide an exhilarating, creative environment where children, teens and adults feel free to express themselves artistically.

Riverdale Rising Rising Stars, a competitive theater program for teens, was founded in 2000. Jr. Rising Stars, for 7-11 year olds, followed in 2005. In 2007, an adult company, Riverdale Rep, launched. Our newest addition is Little Rising Stars, a 10-week program for 6 & 7 year olds, with a heart-warming final performance.

The Riverdale Y Performing Arts program are run by industry professionals bringing a professional-quality standard to every production while emphasizing skills-building and team work for youth participants.
