Rising Kites

when we learned that our 3rd baby would be born with down syndrome, we were filled with so much fear — fear of the future, fear for our baby’s life, fear of navigating the medical world, fear of “different.”

Rising Kites was such a light during that period of darkness and gave us the courage to embrace our child’s differences and love him exactly as he was. now, our fear has been replaced by an abundance of joy and love.
