Anyone who knows me knows that it has always been a dream of mine to offer employment to everyone—to create opportunities for all, no matter the obstacles they may face. One year ago, I had the privilege of joining Rising Kites, and each day has been more fulfilling than the last. Working alongside our incredible staff, offering support, and witnessing their growth and confidence firsthand has been a truly humbling experience.
