In 2022 we adopted our daughter, Ami, who rocks an extra chromosome. She’s been the greatest gift to our family. Upon getting home and settled we learned about Rising Kites and all the incredible things they do for families in our community who have received a Down syndrome diagnosis. While we have not experienced this ourselves, we know that having information available for pregnant moms is so important and changes outcomes.


We’ve had the honor of meeting Sammie (and her amazing family) as they are local to us. We were immediately moved by their passion and love for their nonprofit and want to do all we can to support them!  


We choose to support Rising Kites so families all over the country can feel less alone and scared when the words “Down syndrome” walk into their life.
