Rising Kites

Hello! I have been working for Rising Kites since May 31, 2024. This has been an amazing opportunity for me to be a part of this organization that celebrates the gift of Down Syndrome and people with a variety of disabilities. Living with cerebral palsy, I have personally experienced how difficult it is for individuals with disabilities to find employment. Few people take the chance to really get to know us and help us be successful. I am so grateful that Rising Kites gave me this opportunity. This month we are trying to raise money for Down Syndrome awareness month. We hope to raise $100,000 for this effort. All the donations will go to providing more employment to people with disabilities, keep our business running, fund 1,500 bags for families receiving the unexpected gift of a child with Down Syndrome, and help start new programs.
