Rines Forest is one of the last, large undeveloped tracts of land in Cumberland.  This gem offers multiple opportunities for our community including habitat protection for wildlife, water quality protection of Mill Brook as well as scenic enjoyment and a variety of recreational opportunities for the public.  Adding additional acres to the existing Rines Forest will increase all of these important values and attributes.
