Mayor Matt Burke has been working hard to
Redefine Garfield Heights!
Sworn in February 2021, Mayor Burke has already increased safety forces, enhanced our economic base with major corporations moving in, updated our technology, increased communications among residents, established administrative procedures as well as diversity training and so much more.
From hosting The Master Plan meetings with community engagement to playing a vital role in enhancements of the park systems throughout the city, Mayor Burke has garnered support among key leaders across the county and the state. His efforts have brought in more than $16 Million in grants in 2022 alone to improve our safety forces and create more economic growth.
Our community is in the midst of a revitalization stage.
