Love Them All Rescue + Rehabilitation Sanctuary

We are a 501(c)(3), all breed rescue based out of Scottsdale, AZ. We specialize in saving the most critical and at-risk animals who are facing unnecessary euthanasia in our local county shelters and at the Arizona Humane Society.

Our rehabilitation process is extensive and comprehensive. We develop rehabilitation plans unique to each dog and his/her needs - from hospitalization and specialized surgeries to behavior modification training and more. Because we save the ones who often require critical care, our average expense per animal that we take in is approximately $1,200. Despite most of our dogs requiring extraordinary medical and behavioral efforts, and some in extremely critical condition, 93% of the animals we have taken in have been fully rehabilitated and gone on to become cherished members of their forever families.

Maricopa County, the second highest intake county in the country, is experiencing a pet overpopulation crisis. We are dedicated to reducing the number of animals unnecessarily euthanized. We recognize that lack of space and resources are the primary reasons that these pets are killed every single day. We are determined to do everything we can to save more lives.

Since opening in June 2020, we have remained an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue. Each of our animals is placed in a foster home while they receive any medical and behavioral care they might need. Right now, fosters are critical to our mission. However, we experience many limitations as a result. The most detrimental limitation to being a foster-based rescue is that we do not have enough homes equipped to take in the special cases that we do. Every day we receive pleas to help animals in need, and every day we have to refuse help because we don’t have an appropriate place to put the dogs. This breaks our hearts. While we are proud of our life-saving endeavors thus far, we want to make a bigger impact.

We are opening a canine rescue and rehabilitation sanctuary to significantly increase our impact and support our mission of saving pets who are unnecessarily discarded by our local shelters. This physical location would enable us to more than triple the number of lives we can save annually. Beyond that, this brick and mortar facility would allow us to do so much more to give back to our community.

We are seeking $5,500,000 to purchase and renovate an existing property for our rehabilitation sanctuary in Scottsdale, AZ. The 1.9 acre lot has two buildings totaling 16,000 sq. ft. of interior space. We closed on the property on November 16, 2022. Now, we have a lot of work to do before we can move dogs into the space and operate at the capacity we would like to be running at.

Ultimately, there will be two phases of renovations. We are currently seeking monetary donations to cover the first phase of renovations and three years of estimated operating expenses.

    - Property purchase price: $2,375,000

    - Interior and exterior phase one renovations: $1,515,000

    - Operating expenses Year 1: $315,000

    - Two year operating endowment: $1,280,000

We recognize the significant need for increased space and resources for the growing homeless pet population here in Maricopa County. We feel called to help in a greater capacity than we are able to currently take on as a foster-based rescue. With a sanctuary and rehabilitation center, we will be able to intake almost six times the number of lives we saved in 2022, streamline our operationsbuild our resourcesincrease awareness, and give back to our community. We can say with great confidence that this project will be completed with a strong attention to detail for both the animals and our community alike. With your help, we can make big changes in the state of animal welfare here in Arizona. We hope that you will join us on our mission to save more lives. We cannot bring this sanctuary to life without you.

On behalf of all the animals you are helping to save, and all the human lives profoundly impacted by their presence, THANK YOU for your thoughtful consideration and generous contributions to this project. You are the reason any of this is possible.

With so much love and gratitude,
