Goal
Rebuilding Together: Alameda Fire Relief Fund
Helping local families, including AUSD students, recover after losing their homes
What happened
Recent fires in Alameda have displaced several local families, including families of students in the Alameda Unified School District. Some lost everything: clothing, food, furniture, school supplies, and the everyday things that make a house a home.
As these families recover and look for stable housing, they face the overwhelming job of starting over.
How your gift helps
Your donation goes directly to affected families to cover their most urgent needs:
- Food: groceries and meals during displacement
- Clothing and shoes: replacing basic wardrobes for adults and students
- Toiletries: hygiene and personal care essentials
- Household supplies: bedding, towels, kitchen items, and cleaning basics
- School needs: backpacks and supplies so students can stay on track
Our goal
We’re working to raise $10,000 to support affected families over the coming weeks. Every gift, large or small, helps a family take the next step toward recovery.
