Rebecca has ONE birthday wish.
She doesn’t want presents. She doesn’t want anything for herself.
She wants to save the cats.
Our President & Founder, Rebecca Caro, is asking for your help to REOPEN Tender Loving Cats’ Prevent-A-Litter (PAL) program.
PAL has been closed for the past month because we’ve run out of funding. And while we’re closed, cats are still reproducing, colonies are still growing, and caregivers are still waiting for help.
Since 2019, PAL has helped thousands of community cats. In 2026 alone, we’re on track to spay/neuter more than 1,000 feral cats across Long Island.
PAL isn’t just about surgeries. It’s about breaking the cycle of endless litters and suffering and helping entire colonies have a healthier future.
NOW, WE HAVE A CHANCE TO BRING PAL BACK.
