Contribution rules
1. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
3. This contribution is not owned, in whole or in part, by a regulated entity or public agency.
4. I am at least eighteen years old.
5. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to DaCosta for DeKalb are not tax deductible. DaCosta for DeKalb can accept up to $7,600 for the primary election and $7,600 for the general election for a total of $15,200 per individual donor.
