Raise The Children Helping Hands
Raise the children Helping hands vows to support quality education of the less privilege children in Sub-Saharan Africa by providing financial assistance in the following areas:
School uniforms, bags, socks and writing materials
Scholarships to help them through Elementary to Secondary education; if possible to tertiary education, and
School infrastructures to hard-to-reach communities in Africa
An estimated 60 million children between the ages of 6and 11 are out if school, and 32 millions of these children live in Sub-Saharan Africa. According to the World Bank 12 million girls in Sub-Saharan Africa are at risk of never getting an education.
We know that positive change is therefore possible. But there is need for support of individuals, philanthropists and organizations to finance quality education of the less privilege/out-of-school in Sub-Saharan Africa since Government alone can not do it.
