Bashir Muhammad-Jordan (Dr. Shajeem):
Executive Director/Founder/Chairman. “Once Upon A Time In America” or you could say “Once Upon A Time In Queens”, Bashir was once misclassified as being mentally retarded, placed in special education, 600 delinquent schools by the NY City Board of Education, was ridiculed by teacher and peers alike, and told that he could never achieve his dream of being a “Doctor”. Bashir was/is often misunderstood, as a child, he was always somewhat different and somewhat precocious. Many say he was a man child. Growing up in the 70’s/80’s with the Black Exploitation, The Influences of Hollywood Negative Movies; Godfather, Prince of the City, Scarface, The Mack, Superfly, etc, and even real life influences of Carlos Gambino, John Gotti and others, most kids growing up in his neighborhood of Queens had an open or hidden desire and wanted to be gangsters or some kind of underworld street figure. There was not much, if any financial profit in being a Hip Hop Artist/Entertainer/Athlete, at that time in Queens. Bashir was never a top music executive, never really had a desire to be one, and would not say in 1984 thru 1987 that he was a Founder of Death Jam, Cold Chillin and other hip hop labels, he would however, factually say that he influenced many, if not all, of the first generation of mainstream hip hop artist during that time and the culture of style. He was right there in the Hollywood Movie, on the big stage along with Russell Simmons, and Bashir's family was instrumental in the development of basically every major hip hop label/artist in New York City during the era of Def Jam, Cold Chillin and others. As mentioned, he was right there, right next to Russell Simmons and others on the Big Hollywood Movie Stage, they would call it being a “Ghetto Super Star”, kind of unheard of at the time, for inner city underprivileged/disadvantaged youth growing up in Queens. He was there in the mid 1980’s when Def Jam, Cold Chillin and other major NY City labels/artist were trying to make their mark in the world and find their way to financial profitability. Bashir always wanted to be a “Doctor”. As a result of being denied the opportunity, as a child of being a “Doctor”, by the normal school system, Bashir turned to the streets of Queens for acceptance, guidance and direction, which had become the school of hard knocks/lethal lessons, however, he survived and through his street smarts, he successfully became Dr Shajeem. Due to some alleged underworld activities, he would eventually receive 37yrs to life at age 18. He was one of the first and youngest people sentenced under the Federal New Law/War On Drugs in 1987/88. Wrongfully linked and under investigation to two of the biggest/highest profile cases of the 80’s, in Queens, NY and Washington DC, and after nearly a quarter of a century in the penitentiary, fighting his case, he was finally able to prove some of the injustices and was released. While in prison, he would become the Chairman of the Legal Redress, Education Committee, VP and then President of the NAACP, as well as the Toastmasters. He went from being a high school drop out, to becoming a Certified Laubach Literacy Tutor. He would tutor others on how to read, write, obtain their GED, as well as obtaining his own, and going on to achieve his AS and then Bachelors degree (Graduating with Cum Laude Honors). He became a Certified Dental Technician, Certified Dental Assistant (graduating at the top of his class) and trained under various Dentist and an Oral Surgeon (Dr Dominque Caprice), who also encouraged him to become an Oral Surgeon. Bashir studies now and plans to finish his Dental Career on becoming an Oral Surgeon. He wants to continue to bring Bright Smiles/Bright Futures to underprivileged/disadvantaged youth and communities. As well as being a member of the International Documentary Association, he’s a non-fiction writer, documentarian and impact producer/impact investor. Bashir knows a few things about having Dreams and Justice delayed/denied, growing up “Once Upon A Time In Queens”, going from “Playgrounds to Prisons” , “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg” and The North/South East Coast Regions of America (NewYork2Atlanta). Learn more about Bashir’s life & story, his Efforts as a Father/Grandfather and one of his “Greatest Challenges” as of to date, to save his oldest son [who grew up without the presence of a Father/God Father] from the Grasp/Cycle of despair/negativity/imprisonment and protect/properly guide his two youngest sons, in the upcoming Book/Podcast, Docu Series, Movie... “Letters To Our Sons ”.
Qasim “E. Miller” Abdus Saboor: Co Chairman/Founder:
Qasim successfully returned home from “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg”, with no signs of recidivism, he’s worked nearly twenty years for a non profit organization. Growing up, he was raised on the Brooklyn side of New York, let a professional career in basketball slip through his hands, had his share of teenage not so good decision making, the experiences that came with it, had children at an early age, and as a result of being a young father, he says “I have had my share of life’s many challenges”. As a parent who has succumb to the many traps and pitfalls that has been systematically designed for failure, your worst fear is your children become subject to the same traps. Unfortunately one of my sons Rodsheen Ayer has become another statistic to the draconian system. He is currently serving a 30 year sentence for attempted murder in a SOUTH CAROLINA PENITENTIARY-LEE COUNTY. It’s the same prison, just over a year from now, April 2018, that 7 prisoners lost their lives, nearly 30 were physically injured, countless others and there families, within and without the prison system will be mentally/psychologically/emotionally damaged for years to come if not given the proper treatments and help. The gist of our pending book project(s)/docu-series “Letters To Our Sons”, organized by Heru (Horace Abney) Maat, and other prisoners in the SC State System, comes as a result of the conditions and situations that have and are taking place in the SC State Prison System, and through out the rest of the Country. This is one of the aspects and components of prison reform, as a father, that I am personally dealing with.
Umar Jamal Abdur Rahman (Roger Smith): Secretarial Board Member/Founder & Advisory Director of the Factuality of Prosecutorial & Police Misconducts. As a child growing up, you often do not decide who your family members are and what neighborhoods/streets you grow up on, its normally your parents. Jamal grew up in Brooklyn, Queens & Washington, DC, in a home with two professional working parents. As a teenager, he went off to college in pursuit of an American Dream, only to be turned into an American Nightmare. While living in DC, some of his family members were Wayne Perry and a street he grew up on was named Newton Street. In the late 80’s/early 90’s, as a result of the War on Drugs and the indiscriminate locking up of Black Youth, Jamal was pulled into a 32 man indictment, quickly found guilty and with no prior arrest, he was ushered off to the Nightmarish Lewisburg Maximum Security Penitentiary, with a Life Sentence plus 30 yrs, with no possibility of early release or parole, to die in prison. Finally, after 17 years of relentless legal fighting, evidence surfaced to prove Federal Prosecutorial Misconduct in our Nations Capital at the highest level. Jamal was released from prison. With no signs of recidivism, as he was never a criminal, he’s been home nearly 15yrs, travels all through out the country within the hair care industry, and through chair side Barbering, shares the realities of injustices.
Sekou Odinga: Senior Advisor/Founder & Consultant. Sekou grew up in Queens, NY. He’s considered a founding member of the first Black Panther East Coast Chapter, an elder mentor to Dr Mutulu Shakur, Assata Shakur, and numerous other political prisoners, as well as a mentor/uncle to deceased hip hop icon Tupac Shakur, who was very close to Sekou’s biological son Kadafi. Tupac and Kadafi would both die within 60 days of each other, due to the life styles of the hip hop/entertainment industry. Sekou is working to save “Our Other Sons” from similar out comes. He’s a contributing writer/producer within the pending Book/Docu-Series, “Letters To Our Sons”. While in prison, Sekou’s “Words of Wisdom” were not effective enough or adhered to enough to bring about a “life style change”, which possibly could have brought about a “life saving change” for his/our two sons Tupac and Kadafi, possibly Biggie, just recently Nipsey, and so many others. Being that Sekou is no longer in prison, with just a little more assistance, one would reasonably conclude that Sekou’s authentic “Words of Wisdom” can help save many of our youth of today and future generations, from making bad decisions. Pro-Active with Prison/Community Reform. Sekou has other biological nephews, family and tribal members running around the hip hop industry; Yetti Boss, King Yadi, TTime, VonchoBitch, Expression Jones, Bently Defoe, Ralo (Atl), Young Dirk (Chicago/Atl) and numerous others. Given the opportunity, when presented effectively and if they adhere to correctly, just maybe Sekou’s “Words of Wisdom” will help them guide them, and so many others with a “life style change”, that might just be a “life saving change”. Sekou spent 32 years in prison, being charged with liberating Assata Shakur. He knows a few things about growing up “Once Upon A Time In Queens”, “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg” and working together/fighting against injustices.
Abdur Rahman: Senior Advisor/Founder & Consultant. Abdur Rahman lives quietly in Far Rockaway Queens. For those who reflect, the peacefulness of the beach and the vastness of the ocean waters, reminds us of the powerlessness of Human Beings. Due to recognition of human powerlessness, and complete trust/reliance on a Higher Power, it has given Abdur Rahman the strength to endure and finally overcome 45 yrs of imprisonment within the NY State Prison System. He’s a part of a group that people referred to as “The Forever Four”. All Four of them served nearly or more than 40 yrs within the prison system. To other prisoners, it seemed as though they were there forever and would be there forever. All four of them eventually made parole. One would die, shortly after his release. Abdur Rahman served 45yrs not because he was NOT a model prisoner, as he ran the New York State Boxing Program, was a mentor to many, a conflict/resolution expert, responsible for saving many of lives, no incident reports, loved/respected by other prisoners and even staff alike, numerous family/community members requesting his release, and was eligible for release after 25 yrs. He served nearly double the amount of time of his release eligibility, due to unfair, unjust and just outright malicious intent and arbitrary/capricious decision making on behalf of the NY State Parole Board. These types of decisions have historically and are presently taking place every day within America’s prison systems, by the hands of the few who have “misused/abused their trusted powers”, which has affected, devastated and presently impacting the lives of individuals, families and communities of African Americans. Just alone, I’ve had 45 yrs of endurance, and just the Forever Four, it equals 160 yrs of endurance. I’ve been a boxer and fighter all my life. This is a part of the prison/community reform that must be addressed and we must continue the fight. I’ve been fighting this fight before the Black Civil Rights, before the Black NFL boycotts, before the Black Lives Matters, before the Black Hip Hop Marathon, etc... Let’s Continue to Fight!!!
Abdul Hakim Ali: Senior Advisor/Founder & Director of the (ROPE PROGRAM) Reaching Out To Provide Enlightenment for the youth within our Communities. The aim is for everyone to live to become centenarians. Protecting and ensuring that they have a good quality of life for the first quarter century of their life. Abdul Hakim was born in Queens, NY. He has successfully completed Federal Parole with not a hint of recidivism. Characterized by his parole officer, as an ex-prisoner with the “highest degree of character he has ever seen”. Hakim is a conflict/resolution expert. He’s served over 32 years in Federal Prison, for basically the same reasons as Abdur Rahman, (above). Hakim was the Founder of The Mentor and ROPE Program, while at FCI Fairton, NJ, that was Nationally approved and accepted by the Director of the Bureau of Prisons as a proven program to help prisoners change their lives, do productive time, as well as help the youth in society. He was considered by many as one of the most influential, respected and loved/feared men, by prisoner and staff alike, in the entire Federal System, and at the same time, one of the most humblest men you could ever meet. Hakim has been home over 10 years, is the lead man in a construction company, that’s built many of sky scrapers in the City of Philadelphia and community construction projects. He’s dedicated to Youth Recycling and taking our communities from Destruction to Construction.
Tommy “Montana” Mickens: Senior Advisor & Director of The Tommy Experience Health Program for the Elderly within our Communities. The aim is for everyone to live to become centenarians. Protecting and ensuring that our elderly have a quality life the last quarter century of their life. Tommy is probably the most influential legitimate business and former underworld figure from Queens, NY and arguably all of NY. As the New York Times and Al Pacino himself, both concede to the fact that he emulated and did better in real life, on a street corner budget, what they did in the movies on a Hollywood Studios Budget. So much better, that the only thing the Feds could do, is make him serve over 20 years in prison for tax invasion. He’s been home over 10 years, and in Honor of his Mother, teaching health fitness and protecting the elderly, as well as being a positive example to the youth within our Community.
Professional Baker/Pastry Chef Idris Conry and Executive Chef Dash (below) both Senior Advisors, Directors & Overseers of the Community Vocational Food Service Training Program. For nearly two decades, when you think of Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, NY, The Corner of one of the Most Internationally Inclusive/Diversified Communities, Serving The People, and Serving City Sidewalks, you think of Abu’s Bakery. You also think of Abu’s Bakery, when you think of the number one and/or top rated Bean Pies, Sweet Potato Pies and Food Service Establishments in New York City. A Food Service Program that’s been featured by The NY Times, many other major publications and Slate Online Magazine, that has had over 3 million reviews. Idris has lived in NY City and nearly four years in the Arabian Peninsula, baking and serving, both spectrums of life, those of extreme poverty/underprivileged and those of extreme wealth/privileged. In all humility, some people are natural teachers, leaders and a service to humanity, this is what you think, when you think of Idris. After transitioning from being a school teacher, Idris became an entrepreneurial/community business leader and then a server of the people by providing them quality home style baked products. As noted above, Idris’s Teaching and Leadership influence/resume extends from New York to Atlanta, to the Largest and Wealthiest Peninsula in the World (Arabian Peninsula).
Executive Chef J Dash of Atlanta, Georgia. A Le Courdon Bleu Graduate, Executive Chef/Manager/Founding Member of Mr. Everything Mobile, NewYork2Atlanta and An Accomplished Celebrity Chef. As mentioned, a Le Courdon Bleu graduate, a founding partner, and Executive Chef at Mr Everything Exclusive of Atlanta, (Voted # 1 evening restaurant in the City of Atlanta). As an organism and part of the From Destruction to Construction Project, Idris and Chef Dash plans to spearhead/oversea a Vocational Food Service Training Program, consisting of; The Mr Everything Menu, Abu’s Bakery Menu, and a Vegan Meal/Juice Bar/Smoothie Menu, becoming a collaborative partner and a similar replica of Farestart in Seattle Washington, Catalyst Kitchens, Hell’s Kitchen, Le Courdon Bleu, Star Bucks and NY City Mobile Food Trucks. We all believe just like Farestart, that this is a real solution to some of our society’s most pressing challenges/social diseases; homelessness, joblessness, poverty and hunger, these real solutions are a key substance to the vaccines of prison/community reform. This model has proven to work because its both a social service provider and a social enterprise. We help people and create value for our community.
As we are aware, everything we have done in the past and planning to do now is fueled by people like you. Each willing to play a part in helping us transform lives. A proven solution! Yes, finally “By Popular Demand” the City of Atlanta and otherwise, we are planning to come back. The plans are that everywhere in the City of Atlanta that you see “This Is It” and “Subway”, you will soon see Mr. Everything (Exclusive, Halal & Organic)... including the Airports, Stadiums, Government/Corporate Buildings, Colleges and of course our disadvantaged/empowerment zone communities. The further plans are that with our collaborative partners this “proven success model” can/will be implemented Nationally and Internationally. We have been feeding top Entertainers/Athletes here in America, over the last two decades, it’s time to start feeding the International Community and Olympics.
Jamal Whaley, Advisory Director & International Representative of Youth Sports Development & Coaching [New York2Dubai [United Arab Emirates].A lot of people seen something in Jamal that he did not see in himself. It was his natural athleticism and abilities to play sports. One of them was NY City Legendary Basketball Player “Pee Wee Kirkland”. This is how it somewhat went. In his teens he had one foot in the streets on the low and one foot in the gym. In high school he made varsity as a freshman and won MVP at Five Star Basketball Camp All-star game in 1993. Vince Carter and Shamgod Wells attended, along with the other All American Basketball players. Due to that teenage bad decision making, of having the one foot in the streets, Jamal would spend nearly 10 years in Federal Prison. As his dreams of the NBA, had now, sadly passed, his love for basketball was still within grasp of the present and loomed in the future. Now released and being offered professional contracts and the opportunity to play in the Dominican Republic and other overseas teams, and at the same time, being denied this opportunity due to federal supervisions, all types of post imprisonment hindrances and collateral consequences, Jamal finally began to clearly see, with clarity, what others seen in him. With positive determination and patience, he now teaches what others have taught him. He teaches the youth to become good basketball players, good athletes and good decision makers (More Than Athletes). He teaches it now to some of the most privileged families and wealthiest children in the world, in some of the most wealthiest countries in the world. The skylines, scenery and soils of Dubai and the Arabian Peninsula are beautiful! A sharp contrast from the Projects of Brooklyn. It was not his personal achievement of the NBA Dream, but a settlement of the reality of youthful bad decision making, however its a love of life and an abundance of fulfillment, in helping others. A poor kid, growing up in poverty and in the streets of Brooklyn, it’s actually a Dream Come True! This is the inspiration/motivation that Jamal wants to share with the world.
Terry “KutKing702” Harris is The Advisory Director of Violence Prevention & Community Unity. Kutking is from Flushing/Corona, Queens, the New York Home and Original Headquarters of our Organization. He has had his share of experiences. He's had a neighborhood situation with his son. A situation that left his son, who never had any involvement in street life, underworld activities or negativity whatsoever, dead at the hands of a neighborhood gang called MS-13. As a Father, having to deal with the tragic lost of a son, especially when they targeted the wrong person, causes one to do some serious soul searching; war or peace, love or hate, forgiveness or revenge. Kutking took the opportunity and used it as a Teaching Moment. A Moment in working to further establish himself as a better father to his remaining children, a better barber and a better community leader. He embraced the moment and discovered that through Barbering, he has the ability to keep on building with others, Teaching Forgiveness, Healing, Violence Prevention, and Community Unity. KutKing is The Advisory Director of Community Unity of our Organization.
Malik Jamil-Bey: Senior Advisor & Director of Urban Art & Creative Expressions of Inner City Life
Malik was born and raised in Queens, New York. He’s the epitome of Artistic & Creative Expressions, one of the best artist unknown to the world. He’s responsible for giving vision, guidance and empowerment to numerous entertainers, athletes and inner city youth. He’s had his share of ups, as well as downs and left turns, as well as right turns. He’s approaching the point of coming full circle, and one of his greatest task is to help change the condition of his people. He has a complete tribe of 7 sons, his goal is to give them the best of him, as opposed to the worst of him, as he works to change and reform the world. Malik knows a few things about fighting the legal system, “Once Upon A Time In Queens”, “Once Upon A Time In Staten Island” and the Terrains of up & down the East Coast, NewYork2Atlanta.
Queens Natives/Legends Tom “Jamaica Funk” Browne (on the right) and Michael “Mr Black” Mitchell (on the left): Both Senior Advisors & Musical/Historical Community Directors of our organization. They are using their influence QUEENS TEAM REfORM ALLIANCE/Working Together To Make It Better [AS A TEAM] In Solidarity, Unity and Peace. Working to authentically preserve and pass down the history of our Community of Queens so that future generations can benefit from. Starting with “All The Homeboys” who grew up in Queens, NY, they really want to diplomatically bring them to the circles of knowledge, wisdom and understanding of each other, to have greater respect for each other, which is necessary for the health/longevity of individual, family and community prosperity at round table of peace and business.
Leonard “Pistol Pete” Rollack: Senior Advisor/Consultant & Mitigation Circumstances Expert, on how these factors impact our Families/Communities. It was once asked, What is The Color of Justice? For many African Americans, they often reference Judge Bruce Wright, in his Book; “Black Robes, White Justice”, and have concluded, that is the answer to the question. Leonard is the respectable father of a young irresponsible son at the time, who grew up without the protecting presence and strong guidance of a Father. He was involved in some underworld activities and was demonized by Prosecutors as being the head of a NY City street gang, called Sex, Money & Murder. As a result, his son was sentenced to life imprisonment and have been held in the inhumane ADX for over 20 years with no human contact of any kind. When you think of the Powerful Italian Mafia, Their High Ranking Members/Under Boss Sammy the Bull, a responsible white Italian adult, and due to his underworld activities, was found responsible for more deaths, made entirely more illegal money, was involved in more illegal activity, etc, than Young Pete, however and somehow, our judicial system/prosecutors have afforded Sammy another opportunity at life and freedom “repeatedly”, it makes you think and question, What is the Color of Justice? Young Pete, a young irresponsible man at the time, but due to his underworld activities, gets a life sentence, and does not get another opportunity at life and freedom. It seems as though the judicial system, affords those who dishonorably defect, no matter what the severity of the crimes, numerous opportunities, at life and freedom, and deny those who honorably rehabilitate/reform themselves, those same judicial equal opportunities. Leonard has served over 25 years, being connected to Nickey Barnes (defected), another classic case. A defector who destroyed the lives of many, to save the life of one. Even after multiple decades of clear and honorable rehabilitation, the fate of many remains in prison or have died in prison, while the defector dishonorably gets another opportunity at life and freedom. Leonard is now home, works as a mitigation specialist, with one of the Top Death Penalty Case Lawyers in New York City, and doing his damnedest to help his son get out of ADX, just to normal population, not to mention another opportunity at a normal life & freedom. Leonard is The Mitigation Circumstances/Specialist Consultant and a Senior Advisor of our Organization. He knows a few things about growing up “Once Upon A Time In The Bronx”, “Once Upon A Time In Harlem” as well as “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg”.
Micheal “Zaki” Smith: Advisory Director & National Representative of Collateral Consequence Expertise, on how these factors impact our Families/Communities. Also known as “Zaki The Barber”. Zaki experiences shows how one man’s 36-month prison sentence became a Silent Life Sentence. Approximately 2.3 million people are incarcerated in the United States, and hundreds of thousands of people are in jail simply because they cannot afford to make bail. People involved with the criminal justice system often experience poverty both before and after detention. People with criminal records experience barriers to employment, housing, education, life insurance, and more, that can perpetuate that cycle. And Zaki who lost his job because of these restrictions, wants to change that. Criminal justice and cash bail reform are crucial to tackling the issues of poverty and discrimination in the US. Zaki is determined to take action in addressing this serious issue of “Collateral Consequences”. Mayor Keisha Bottoms of Atlanta has done some amazing work with the Cities “Reentry Program” and her commitment to ensure that a person’s past days prison sentence, once completed does not prevent them from present days financial sustainability. Zaki is an Honorable Team Member, along with teaching forgiveness, healing, rehabilitation, and collateral consequences through Barbering, he’s also a Policy Entrepreneur for Next 100 /Century Foundation of NY City.
Ali Abdul Karim: Brother Ali is a conflict resolution specialist, he Knows a few things about “Once Upon A Time In Brooklyn”, as well as Community Reform, Community Safety and Community Protections. Brother Ali is viewed by many as The Fortress of Fortitude and The Anchor of A Community. Ali, is a natural teacher, he often teaches/trains others, shares his insights and frequently visit prisons in has efforts to guide and protect the youth. He is responsible for bringing peaceful resolutions to innumerable potential conflicts and/or actual conflicts in one of the biggest cities in the world/New York City.

History of Campaigns: There’s about three steps to a Successful Campaign. After having a basic understanding of what you want to do, having good intentions, and then having a trust/belief in the One Creator and that He has the Power to do all things and that all things are possible/achievable! You have to 1) Believe in Your Self, 2) Believe in your Family, and 3) Believe in your Community.
Bismillah... “In The Name of our Creator, We Trust”... “Most Beneficent, Most Merciful, Most Protecting, Most Compassionate, Most Loving, Most Forgiving, Most Providing, Most Giving”
[please excuse the length of information for your reading. The “process” of change/reform is not instantaneous, however, its absolutely imperative to understand and document the historical facts/account of events. The chronology of authenticity is vital as we proceed forward into the future, moving in a different direction in changing our inward/outward conditions]
As The Chairman of Queens Team, it was beyond my decision making, power and control. I was born in America, Queens General Hospital, Queens, New York, and ancestrally/biologically, I just happen to authentically be from the Ateke/Akele people of Gabon, The Yoruba/Fulani people of Nigeria and the Songhai People of The Great Mali Empire: The Empires of Mansa Musa, The Mandingo Warriors and others. In addressing the mindset of what others might think when you confidently/boldly profess that you have a vaccine/cure to a social disease, because you have spent long hours in solitude studying, through self discovery, collective research, experience, observation, trial and error, you have found that the vaccine/cure to the disease, is the disease itself. When you rather be a Non Fiction Impact Producer/Impact Community Investor, as opposed to a Hollywood/Exploitation Producer. When you have Proven Results & Action Plans, Realistic Short, Medium & Long Range Goals, Dreams of Family/Community Peace, World Missions of Nobility, and what others may think and/or how others may attempt to define you. I mention a quote of one of the earliest, youngest and most influential thought leaders in Islamic History and a Commander of the Faithful/The Believers! He’s reported to have said “the difference between a Hypocrite and a Believer, is that if I had my sword to the neck of a Believer, he would not think bad of me. And for the Hypocrite, if I gave him a mountain of gold, he would not think good of me”.
There’s archaeological and historical proof that we are the Native, Indigenous and Aboriginal people of America. We were here before the landing of Christopher Columbus in 1492, before the landing in Jamestown, Virginia, 1619 and before the 13 Colonies of Great Britain, that would later gain independence and become the orginal 13 States of the United States of America, July 4th, 1776/1783. There’s also proof that many of us have survived the inhumane slave trade that brought many more of us here to America, we have survived the dehumanizing chattel slavery that kept slaves from escaping to freedom and kept others in bondage here in America, we have survived the present day slavery by way of Entrapment Laws, War on Drugs and the Prison System here in America, as well as post traumatic slave/corporate syndrome.
We must have what they call in Arabic (Yakeen) certainty of belief, indomitable wills, unconquerable spirits, and an unyielding sense of inflexible purposes in order to keep on surviving, achieving our goals and accomplishing our missions! There’s a high level of understanding, honor, and conviction that must be adhered to, and unequivocally understood when working to change and reform a condition. Essentially it starts with understanding that the Creator will not change the condition of a person/a people until they change that which is within their hearts. Once the heart refuses to accept impurities, unnatural, inhumane, and dehumanizing acts, it will naturally put up a defense system to compel itself to fight against, reject these conditions, in its efforts to protect, bring about a change and reform.
Within my short half of a century journey through life, and Creator Willing, with plans to live to become a centenarian (like my Eldest Aunt Calpertia Jordan-Simpson and Honorable good friend/father figure/mentor named Sonny Franzese, and others) maximizing this greatest gift, bestowed upon me by a Higher Power, in which I had absolutely no power or choice in receiving, this gift of life, while striving to fulfill the pursuit of purpose and happiness, it has taken me on some detour excursions through the most dangerous/worst communities and penitentiaries of America, in which I can honestly say, I am blessed, highly favored and protected, to not be dead, unhealthy, insane, in prison or in exile, my earnest prayers are that I continue to be properly guided. There was always only a few family/friends that truly Believed, and there was always the many of foes that were disbelievers and doubters. People have always disbelieved/doubted my abilities to accomplish, to get things done, make things happen, to survive seemingly unsurvivable situations/conditions, and some might even perceive me as being a bad person or hypocritical. The sad realities of mental health, impure and unforgiving hearts, is if someone else, or even myself were to irrefutably manifest, bring to fruition and impact produce another quarter or half of century, thus in my case becoming a centenarian, of positive pursuits and achievements, their thinking would remain stagnantly the same. From those early Teachings of Islam, irrespective of the thinking/thoughts of others, I’ve learned to just keep on dreaming, believing, conceiving, and to keep on achieving. From those early days of survival in the streets/penitentiary, where you were compelled to become street/penitentiary smart and make good decisions, as your life depended upon it, we learned the pstories and pressures of The Sword of Damocles, the pricelessness of freedom & sacrifice, the lessons of Honor, and as Muhammad Ali would eloquently state “Rumble Young Man Rumble” and Tom Browne, Kenny Burke & Frankie Beverly would rhythmically express, “Keep on Funkin for Jamaica and Rising to the Top”.
In due time, those who ostentatiously strive to exalt themselves to the top of the highest ranks, will soon be humbled to the bottom of the lowest ranks and those who strive to be sincerely grateful and practice humbleness at the bottom of the lowest ranks will soon be exalted to the top of the highest ranks. In all sincerity and humbleness, I’M NOT CAMPAIGNING... to run for Presidency of the United States. I personally, nor are any of our Team Members, looking to do so, who are all actually my leaders/teachers/mentors, in which I follow. We are truly not into self aggrandizement, show business and we do not look for Hollywood/Political/Street Credits or otherwise. We are however Honorable Survivors/Veterans of our past circumstances, situations and conditions. This is not something that is new to us, many of us have actually embarked upon this life style change/life saving change and transformative journey of change, many moons ago, we are now just coming more above ground with it, as we continue raising awareness, raising consciousness, raising funds, and campaigning/championing a Noble Cause for our families, our communities, our people and to “make a difference” in striving for something, in which every human being has the right to have, and the benefit to live within, a Noble World!
So it was, I found myself as a teenager “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg” Federal Maximum Security Penitentiary, with a 37yrs to Life Sentence, sitting there with four other friends from the neighborhoods of Queens, NY, Newark, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and Washington, DC, whom I’ve seen another side of them and personally know, very well, as well as most major figures on the North/South East Coast Regions of America, and otherwise. We were all there together. I will be less than honest, if I were to say, they were not my friends, even best friends, especially at that time. One did defect, he eventually folded under enormous additional pressures, in which some were self imposed, instead of working to improve his condition, he worked to worsen it. He’s no longer considered a friend. I mentioned these four because our stories are all interrelated, as well as a few others. We will soon be doing a Book, Documentary and Movie about one of them, his name is Tommy, as well as myself and others. These friends were Tommy “Montana” Mickens from Queens (Honorably, released to freedom and afforded another opportunity at life, after serving over 20yrs for mere tax invasion), Wayne “Akbar” Pray from NJ (Honorably, changed/reformed, however, he’s not released, still suffering/fighting for his life and asking our government for justice and another opportunity at life & Freedom), Muhammad “Willam Hoskins” Waliyuddin from Philadelphia (Honorably, changed/reformed, however, he’s not released, still suffering/fighting for his life and asking our government for justice and another opportunity at life & Freedom) and Rayful Edmunds from DC (Defected, no obvious signs of change/reform, still engaged in unlawful activities, which brought others into the prison system, however, he does not have to fight for his life and another opportunity at life & freedom, because our government is fighting for him). With so much corruption, scandals and unfairness. It makes you question, are we fighting for good people/the good fight? The bad fight? Or even the wrong fight? Are we truly enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong/evil? What types of examples are we setting for our children of America? As a Country of Glory, a High Ranking Judicial and Military System, where “Benedict Arnolds” are not held as being contributors to the “Greatness of America” and to be a “Traitor/Treasonist of Your Country/Brethen” is the Most Heinous/Reprehensible of Crimes. Within this War on Drugs that was launched against its own Citizens (disadvantaged people/communities) and in hindsight, now realizing the failures of it, and moving towards change and reform, do we still grant opportunities for the “Defectors of the War” and deny/delay justice, and those same opportunities for the “Honorable Soldiers/Victims of the War” still within our system as a result of the Failed War on Drugs? Of course there’s numerous proofs showing that it was a War on Blacks (the disadvantaged/underprivileged) of our Nation. During the error of our Countries Failed War on Drugs, I like so many others, was born All American and an Athlete on the Varsity Football&Basketball Teams at Flushing, HS, Queens, NY, I was pushed and/or lured into the opportunities to improve my financial condition, somehow booby trapped and then found myself having went from “Playgrounds to Prisons”.
While there “Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg”, on the MAB/Most Aggressive Behavior Unit: D Block, spending over five years in a single cell, with no incident reports, still not fully understanding why I was on that Unit, at that age and in that Penitentiary, in the first place. Capriciously, the Department of Justice, attempted to disrupt my process of learning and education, in which I was at the tail end of achieving Certification as a Dental Technician and a BS Degree in Management. I wrote to the then President of the United States, Bill Clinton, asking why the disruption, not to do so and that later, I will be asking for a Presidential Pardon? He granted the continuing of my education and would later deny my presidential pardon, due to his own scandals. Muhammad Waliyuddin (From Philadelphia, who needs to be immediately released from the Pennsylvania State Prison System), Jihad Abdul Mumit (The National Spokesperson for our Queens Team Organization, as well as the Chairman of the Jericho Foundation, who’s free, no signs of recidivism and doing exceptionally well), a few others and my friend Tommy can attest to the veracity of this story. Lewisburg is a dangerous dungeon of despair, dejection, despondency and dehumanization. Due to my inner transformation and refusal to accept the conditions of my fate, that had been determined at the hands of ineffective defense attorney’s, prosecutors from the same US attorneys office in our Nations Capital, that years later would be found guilty of prosecutorial misconduct, and a Federal District Court Judge (Judge Hens Green) who did not seem to see or truly care about the evidence at trial, I had been charged with possession of contraband/controlled substance, though not a single finger print, any money, firearms, contraband/controlled substance or anything else were ever found on, near or remotely close to my possession. No regard was given to the non credibility of witnesses, who knew not a single drop of background information about my life, family, friends, neighborhood (all provided to them by law enforcement), fabrication of facts, circumstances of the case, etc, prior to, during trial and after trial at sentencing in 1988. She did not give any further regard, nearly a decade later in 1997, where it was proved I never possessed, used or carried a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense, which was thrown out, and at re-sentencing when presented with a proposal and grounds for a downward departure, over hundreds of letters of recommendation/positive exhibits and a list of authentic mitigating circumstances: 1) severely disadvantaged upbringing; a. lack of guidance as a youth, b. exposure to community/domestic violence, c. mental/emotional abuse, 2) Rehabilitation (Impressive), and 3) Future Aspirations/Release Plan(s); a. employment prospects/family-community ties, (likelihood of recidivism/low risk) b. youth guidance counselor, c. to become a Dentist/Oral Surgeon. I challenged the Judicial, Legislative and Executive Branches of our government back then, and I challenge any legal scholar, legal authority, educational scholar/student or anyone now in the Court of Public Opinion, to review the Facts/Transcripts of my case; before, during and after trial, as well as after re-sentencing, which will be available for public reading and viewing in the upcoming Book/Docu Series, “Letters To Our Sons”. I’ll bet everything on my wedding ring, if you reasonably and honestly conclude any thing different, than the fact that if I were a “White Teenager” with or without privilege, I would not have served nearly a quarter of a century in the penitentiary? I would be willing to go back to prison/legal slavery for the rest of my life, if you disagree. During the first quarter century of my life, its no way I can honestly say that I was a perfect toddler, errorless child or flawless teenager, as with most children, I was not a saint or an angel, but I, like innumerable others, definitely was not a menace to society, an incorrigible devil, or a beyond redemption demon, and should not have been demonized/victimized by our Judicial/Prison System. This is a system and a condition that must be Changed/Reformed!
[Phase 2 Campaign, this is a continuation of reading from our Phase 1 Campaign]
“Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg” in 1990 when I fully started seriously organizing and joined this good fight for “Prison Liberation and Prison Reform”, I was instructed by Mattie to learn about the intent, history and the unfairness of the Rockefeller Law. The toughest and most unbefitting laws on drugs within our Country, that Mandatory Minimums and the New Laws patterned itself behind, and how they negatively impacted our Communities. Because I had an A-3 Felony and 13 to Life for NY State, Mattie said, it’s befitting for me, that I should clearly understand the intent, nature and effects of it, to free myself from it and to help dismantle it. I would speak about this to family and friends. I use to talk to two good friends on a regular basis while in Lewisburg, I suggested that they carefully understand the impact, to get involved in helping with the dismantling of these laws, and to personally help me with my legal campaign and legal fees. One was probably the most influential person in Hip Hop at the time, who just happened to grow up in my Community of Queens, his name was Russell Simmons. The second friend grew up in Brooklyn, had some associates in Queens, also had a platform in Hip Hop, a strong voice in the Brooklyn Community and was the Chairperson of the Malcom X Grassroots Movement, her name was Monifa Akinwole-Bandele. Monifa and The Malcom X Grassroots Movement members would attend programs and theatrical plays (wrote by Jihad Abdul Mumit, myself & others) in USP Lewisburg, supervised by the Chaplain Dept (Chaplain/Imam Ibrahim Aziz) and Psychology Dept (Dr Gerard Bryant) and get a first hand understanding on how droves of our youth had went “Express Underground Railroad” back to Legal Slavery, from “Playgrounds to Prisons”. It took over a decade from the point that I was directly involved, however, as a result in his first state of the state address in January 2009 New York Former Governor David Patterson, went on record to state; “I can’t think of a criminal justice strategy that has been more unsuccessful than the Rockefeller drug laws”. We finally seen a major victory of external Prison Reform and Dismantling some of the Chains of Oppression. It was “definitely” a Coalition and Alliance of others Working Together To Make It Better. Russell and Monifa were right there helping them. If Former Governor were to double check, he will probably concur that the Federal Nationwide War on Drugs (Mandatory Minimums, New Sentencing Guidelines, Prosecutorial Misconducts, Law Enforcement Tactics, etc) were more unsuccessful and inflicted much greater damage.
“Once Upon A Time In Lewisburg” being that I had the State 13 to life along with the Federal 24yrs, consecutively totaling 37yrs to life. I was then instructed (Khalil “Manchild” Morgan, Rodney Patterson, & Mattie Madonna) to understand and learn law at the Highest Federal Level. Freddie Jackson-Bey, Seals-Bey, Ali Bamburger, Little Rob, Herbie Sperling and others were training me to become the Chairman of the Legal Redress & Education Committee of the NAACP, in which I later became VP and President. I had to learn about The Supreme Court of the United States and more importantly, the dissenting opinions, as well as a few of the concurring, of Justice Thurgood Marshall. The first Book(s) I was instructed to “READ”, study, and unequivocally understand was “The Brethen”: Inside The Supreme Court, Black Robes/White Justice, and others. Some significant cases I was instructed to peruse/study was the Amistad, Dred Scott, Plessy/Ferguson, Brown/Board of Education, and others. We then learned about Mandatory Minimums, The Federal Guidelines, the Iran Contra Scandal and the devastation of our communities, as a result of. The charges of CIA involvement in Contra cocaine trafficking claimed that the trafficking had played an important role in the creation of the crack cocaine drug problem in the United States. Key people happened to die, documents shredded, fall guys sent to prison given “light” sentences to remain silent, and given “heavy” financial rewards for doing so, when they returned home, etc. It’s a controversial subject, that the general public will never know the facts. It’s official top secret underworld activities/information, that many of them have took with them to their graves. What lives on are the damages that has adversely affected millions within underprivileged/disadvantaged communities. Now heading towards 40 yrs later, after billions of dollars were made, homes ravaged, families/communities destroyed, etc, we are now apprehensively moving towards Prison Reform. I’ll put drugs in your community, put Hollywood fiction movies to entice you, design laws to imprison you, make billions off of you, make it difficult upon your family/community that supports you, and now after so much enjoining the wrong, I’ll sign some bills that will release a few of you. I was then instructed to get involved and introduced to Libby Nash from the Lewisburg Prison Project, by way of Mattie, (we call him Mattie, he was one of my legal/academic tutors, mentors and somewhat a Father/God Father Figure in my life, who happened to be charged as one of the leaders of the Lucchese organized crime family), his name as mentioned, is actually Mathew Madonna. This was before Julie Stewart and the birth of FAMM/Families Against Mandatory Minimums, Families Against Discriminatory Crack Laws, in which we personally helped bring into existence, before the Million Man March, Million Youth March, The Crack Law Riots within the Federal Prison System (that left countless of thousands severely and permanently damaged), before the Kimber Smith Pardons, President Obama Record Breaking Pardons, Black Lives Matter, numerous other advocacy groups and before our other alliance organization, the Reform Alliance (Meek Mill, Jay Z, Van Jones, Robert Smith & others). In regards to Prison Reform, the need for it and the result of not having it (Miscarriages of Justice), it has caused serious “INJURY”. The Davis Bozeman Law Firm, takes “Injury Personal”. Back in Lewisburg, I took it personal and made the personal conviction to sleep on the slab of a cold concrete floor, surrounded by cold cinder blocks and cold steel, as an authentic tougher than leather, harder than hard, cold hard realty and reminder, that the penitentiary was not my home, permanent abode and I was not a slave for nothing or no one, except the Divine Creator, in which all three branches of our government, at the Highest of Levels, recognize that fact and states “In God We Trust”. So irrespective what the US constitution states, that I was legally a slave, because I was legally convicted during the failed “War on Drugs” by the unfair/unjust laws and law makers (which tantamount to illegal search & seizures, and all other types of illegalities) by the “Judicial Powers” that be, not to mention those of the underworld, who had their hands in the involvement in bringing the Drugs into the country/our communities. Do “I/We Trust In Them” or do “I/We Trust In God”? I refused to trust in them and I refused to accept the state of my slave condition! The aftermath/residues of injustice, inequality and being treated judicially unfair often leaves one sleepless at nights! As a result of individually fighting back, I survived, and in Lewisburg, we often Fought Back/Worked Together To Make It Better! Two common reminders were 1) “that which is past and gone is irrevocable and wise men have enough to do with things present and to come” and 2) “Keep Your Eyes on the Prize (the one thing we did right, was the day we started to fight) Keep Your Eyes on the Prize”. Some have died, some are still inside. Still inauthentically/inaccurately being misrepresented, voiceless, silently suffering, still struggling and still fighting, for another opportunity at life and freedom! Some of us have further successfully survived, made it home to another opportunity at life and freedom. So now that I/we personally have this opportunity, we must be Impact Producers, Champions of Change and Reform! We are here to write authentic/non fiction books, plays, documentaries and movies about, talk about and be about Change and Prison Reform! Strength starts from within and it started from within. We now have to produce externally/without. Produce works that are more positive, reformative and accurate depictions, than what was shown in the 1990/91 Documentary, “Doing Time”: Life Inside The Big House (USP Lewisburg). As we began to authentically, factually and non fictionally share what we know in the methods of “each one teach one” and “each ten teach ten”, in our efforts at Prison Reform, Community Reform, World Reform and Youth Ministry, now playing an even greater role, having more effective impact, than what we’ve had in the past and our collective part within Solidarity, in contributing to a more Noble World!!!
We have already started with the 10/10 principle to building the strength of this campaign and further influence of our organization. We are “Truly” blessed, honored and grateful, because we have hundreds of family members and close friends, not including additional associates, which makes it over thousands. We are asking with the lowest degree of humility, but with the highest degree of Honor. We are asking 10 and more of our Family Members, Close Friends and The Community to continue to support our efforts, and we truly understand that many, if not all of our families, friends and community members come from poverty, are underprivileged/disadvantaged and just do not have it to give, as far as funding, please sacrifice and exercise a little frugality when and if you can, for this good cause! However, during Phase 2) and Phase 3) of this Campaign, this is not really for the average caring person, we are really appealing to our target audience who are the Caring, Compassionate and Noble Families of Royalty, Truly Affluent Entrepreneurs/Corporations and The Truly Philanthropic People of the World to help those who are Truly In Need!!!
We are here in the prisons/communities/hoods/the trenches/grass roots level, giving the people the best of us, as opposed to the worse of us, on a mission working/aiming to get inner city youth, alleged organizational/gang members, tribal leaders/followers, Muslims, Christians, Jews, and/or otherwise;
Essentially, we are continuing to build Our Team/ Our Campaign/Our Organization, one to ten strong, one to ten solid and one to ten caring individual(s) at a time. We are asking everyone we know, as well as asking/recruiting those we do not know, to become involved with our organization in some type of capacity/level according to your means/abilities, and to make TWO PLEDGES: A GIVING PLEDGE AND A PEACE PLEDGE. The work we have done, are doing and Creator Willing, will continue to do, I/we bear witness, I/we are an example and I/we are a proof. It TRULY REFORMS, it helps solve some of the most pressing problems of America; poverty, crime, depression, hunger, homelessness, joblessness, racism, inequality, and injustices. It helps people from spending some, or all of their lives in prison, failing victim to despair, addictions, violence, etc. IT HELPS/SAVES LIVES!!!
Phase 1) Your purchase of the book “Letters To Our Sons” and minor donations/sponsorship has helped/will help cover our “operating expenses” to keep us voluntarily working/afloat/above water and able to independently fund our own projects as we do this line of work. This gives us the ability to keep on working independently, no strings attached, not being at the negative influences of anyone else, obtaining additional skilled contract work for hire staff members, publishing/producing/promoting/protecting our own original content, artistic material, raising awareness, raising consciousness, etc, as we continue to spread our message to our other family members, friends/homeboys/homegirls, comrades/companions & associates within the prison system/without, and others in society, as we enter the next phase. We are in urgent/immediate need for one individual to make a sponsorship/giving pledge to cover the realistic short range goal of Phase 1), $100 to 10k to $100k or a group of individuals to do the same. Please immediately help, let us know what you can afford, and can do according to your means, and/or make a private donation? THE POWER OF THE TEAM/THE POWER OF GIVING/THE POWER OF PHILANTHROPY!!!
Phase 2) Your Major Donations/Sponsorship will help cover our over all organizational budget/funding. Please be mindful that this campaign is actually for those who want to help, and have the financial means to help. This is actually Phase 2. If you want to continue to help during this phase, please do so. Please be aware of our target audience. We are looking for/focusing on Major Donors/Sponsors, The Ultra Wealthy, and The Top Philanthropist of the World. We will be in immediate need of your help, the Campaign fund raising goal is $50mill. The $50 million will be used for the same reason/purpose as the Reform Alliance when they successfully raised their $50 million, however we will be addressing some deeper aspects of Prison Reform, as well as the beginning stages of Community Reform. If you have the means to cover some or all of the $50mill, please do so? We will continue to conduct further fundraisers, secure philanthropic, corporate and religious, major donors/sponsors. As mentioned, the same as the ReformAlliance.com to address Prison Reform. As we become more above ground and people become more aware of who we are, our individual as well as collective stories, experiences, expertise, etc, Creator Willing, we truly believe we are going to secure all the major sponsors/funding we need. As stated, the ReformAlliance, is another organization, doing some very good work, that we are somewhat comparable to, a replica of, and actually in alliance with. As noted, no offense to them, as Meek Mill, Jay Z, and Van Jones are doing a good job, they are our younger brothers, they come from us and are a further reflection/representation of us, as well as Robert Smith, however, as with most things, there’s higher and different levels, the depth of our experience/expertise/professional staff members, in which we are all specialist/experts in “putting in work/doing this line of work”, are actually a little more proven/just a bit more extensive than others in dealing with the subject of Prison/Community Reform. The Reform Alliance/others kind of have more affluence/finances and we kind of have a bit more experience/expertise. We are in urgent/immediate need for one individual to make a sponsorship/giving pledge to cover the realistic medium range goal of Phase 2), $50 million or a group of individuals to do the same. Please immediately help, let us know what you can afford, and can do according to your means, and/or make a private donation? THE POWER OF THE TEAM/THE POWER OF GIVING/THE POWER OF PHILANTHROPY!!!
Phase 3) Your Major Donations/Sponsorship will further help cover our over all organizational budget/funding. The majority if not all the funds used during this phase will go towards Building/Infrastructural Construction. PIf you want to continue to help during this phase, please do so. Please be aware of our target audience. We will further be looking for/focusing on Major Donors/Sponsors, The Ultra Wealthy, and The Top Philanthropist of the World. We will be in immediate need of your help, the Campaign fund raising goal is $50bill. The $50 billion will be used for the same reasons/purposes as the Department of Justice/Corrections [they spend over $80 billion yearly] and Major Construction Contractors [they spend over 1,325.5 billion yearly on rebuilding construction projects, ie... World Trade Center, Yankee Stadium, Shea Stadium/Citi Field, Georgia Dorm/Mercedes Stadium, etc ], we will rebuild the infrastructures/institutions/edifices in many of the worst/dangerous communities of America, simply rebuilding them from Destruction to Construction. If you have the means to cover some or all of the $50bill, please do so? We will be in urgent/immediate need for one individual to make a sponsorship/giving pledge to cover the realistic long range goal of $50 billion or a group of individuals to do the same. Please immediately help, let us know what you can afford, and can do according to your means, and/or make a private donation? THE POWER OF THE TEAM/THE POWER OF GIVING/THE POWER OF PHILANTHROPY!!!
Sincere Salaams...
Thanking You In Advance!

Mission Statement: Youth Ministry/Motivation/Inspiration... Training/Developing/Building our youth and others to become World Leaders, Noble Peace Prize Leaders/Winners and Positive/Moral Contributors to our World, making it a more Noble World!!!
QUEENS TEAM EDU’TAINMENT production company’s mission/advocacy is Educating Thru Entertainment and using Entertainment as a means to Educate. We work with various Non Profit/for profit business(s), executives, artist, promoters, producers, entertainers, educators, celebrities, athletes, and health care professionals to accurately and authentically produce articles, stories, books, CD’s, DVD’s, documentaries and, motion pictures that prudently define and highlight the various aspects of inner-city life. We recognize the numerous unsung heroes who have made miraculous transformations in their lives, the essence of true redemption (whom many have written off as beyond redemption) and significant contributions to African American History. Our work aims to serve the purpose of Forgiveness, a Healing Remedy, (Rehabilitation Through The Arts), promotion of peace, and the correction of many of the misconceptions, negative influences and destructive behaviors, and patterns that have traditionally plagued and influenced urban/inner city communities. [Member/Supporter of The International Documentary Association, The Chronicles of Philanthropy and The Philanthropy Industry Exchange]
Goals: 1) significantly increase the number of Black, Latino and low income students who earn a diploma and/or enroll in a post secondary institution or a combined program, that gives them a credential with labor-market value, and concurrently, significantly decrease these students from enrolling in the prison system, 2). using the early childhood thought process of Montessori excelling and dental oral health educational curriculums, as a means of contribution, that the world is more peaceful and noble when our youth and others have Bright Smiles/Bright Futures and, 3) teaching the essence and principles of Rehabilitation, to the most dangerous/worst communities and prisons in America, to eliminate despair and improve/increase their quality of life.
Who: Who we are? A Team of genuinely concerned individuals who are qualified, bonafide, certified and have the experience and expertise to do this line of work.
What: What do we do? 1)provide assistance for inner-city students and otherwise, who come from disadvantaged/low income upbringings, who have achieved a bachaelors degree (maintained an outstanding GPA) and who want to pursue their post-bach continuing education, ie... a scholarship program that provides financial assistance, motivational/inspirational counseling, mentorship, tutelage, etc.
2)provide assistance for k thru 12 inner city students and otherwise, who come from disadvantaged/low income upbringings, ie...: youth guidance program were we assist with back to school supplies, clothes, after school programs, group/individual counseling, educational/life tutorship and mentorship for highly at risk youth/otherwise, as well as motivational/inspirational speeches, personal advice with goal setting, character development, conflict-resolution skills, positive communication skills, coping skills/ stress techniques, importance of family ties/unity, maintaining healthy diets, etc...
3)provide assistance to inner city students, residents, and otherwise, who come from disadvantaged/low income upbringings, who have artistic talent, creative visions, and motivating/inspiring stories, works, and material, who are striving to formulate their works into authentic stories, books, documentaries, films, movies, CD'c, etc.
4)provide assistance to inner city residents/otherwise, and overall public awareness, to various social issues and injustices. To help address and solve some of these societal issues and injustices by working to alleviate poverty and crime, by working to alleviate/eliminate the psychological, mental, and social conditions that leads to crime. Assisting Poor Muslim families, inner city families and otherwise, in times of hardship/adversity; lost of a loved one due to death (funeral arrangements), imprisonment, etc. Further assistance with coping skills, maintaining family ties, stress management, healthy diets, exercise and high quality of life. To help improve the quality of life for those within the first and last quarter of a Century. We are hopeful that all Americans and otherwise will live an entire Century, to become Centenarians. Their entering and leaving our Noble World, would be that of quality.
Why: why we want to? “Injustice any where is a threat to justice everywhere” and “violence anywhere is a threat to peace everywhere”. If we do not improve/increase this quality of life, they will continue to suffer from despair. Despair is an component of insanity, mental health, bad decisions/actions, violence, addictions and/or crime. Which historically/presently appears to be a Pipeline to Prison and an Underground Railroad back to Legal Slavery, and a Caste System (New Jim Crow), upheld by our Constitution and Supreme Court. For our Country to hold the position as the leader in imprisonment of its people, particularly impoverished Blacks, who come from impoverished communities, is an ignoble position, in a noble world.
How: How we plan to? Creator Willing, we will partner with organizations like the Giving Pledge Foundation, Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation, Colgate Bright Smiles/Bright Future Foundation, Fare Start, BOCA, Islamic Relief and other foundations, The Saudi Royal Family and the other Wealthiest Royal Families in the World. We will teach/build community infrastructures: businesses, vocations and training facilities that provide the basic necessities of life; food, clothing, shelter, computers and transportation, we will build medical/dental, learning and athletic academies similar to Bright Smiles/Bright Futures, what LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and others have established with the I Promise School and Mamba Academy. We will reverse the trend of these communities from destruction to construction, every man, woman and child will get to work on improving/increasing and maintaining this new quality of community life.
Where: Where we plan to? We will start the Rehabilitation in the top 10 most dangerous/worst communities and prisons in America. Then we will have only forty more States. Mission and Goal Accomplished!
When: When we plan to? Now! We are now asking for you to make a giving pledge, become a partner, donor, sponsor, contributor and prayers to start the work.
“We are the sowers- our children are those who reap. We labor so that future generations will be better and nobler than we are”. Maria Montessori
“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men“. In 1855 Frederick Douglass had a series of dialogues with white slave-owners who could not, or would not, comprehend that slavery was morally wrong and it was during these communications that he wrote the above.

What Kinds of News and Personal Stories Do We Prefer? We Share Similar and the Same Values of The International Documentary Association, The Philanthropy Exchange and The Chronicles of Philanthropy
* Non Fiction Writers & Documentary Storytelling expands our understanding of shared human experience, fostering an informed, compassionate, and connected world.
* Along with The International Documentary Association (IDA) our organization is dedicated to building and serving the needs of a thriving documentary culture.
* Through our Edutainment Program; Educating thru Entertainment/Teaching Forgiveness, Healing and Rehabilitation Through The Arts, it provides resources, creates community, and defends rights and freedoms for documentary artists, activists, non-fiction writers and journalists. We will offer a wide range of opportunities for story tellers/documentarians of all experience levels to grow professionally by enhancing their knowledge of the craft and business of nonfiction books-filmmaking.
* We’re writing for a national first, and then as we set good motivational/inspirational standards, leading by example, we will target the international audience, so if you have a compelling local story, it should also be relevant to other nonprofit practitioners across the country. As well as Noble Peace World Leaders across the Globe.
* If we’ve just written about a similar person, a similar neighborhood, or a development at a different organization, we probably won’t cover it again soon.
* We like: Stories about best or innovative practices in fundraising and managing organizations. Profiles of interesting (and especially effective but lesser-known) community leaders, charity leaders, fundraisers, and donors. New trends in giving or fundraising. Anything that our readers can learn from and adapt to make them more effective. Those who have a fighting spirit and an indomitable will to champion the restoration of love, peace, high quality and nobility of impoverished American Communities and the World.
* We probably will not write about and usually won’t attend and don’t cover: Galas. Celebrity events. Groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. Gifts of less than $1 million unless they are out of the ordinary. Our target audience are the Caring, Compassionate and Noble Families of Royalty, Truly Affluent Entrepreneurs/Corporations and the Truly Philanthropic People of the World to help those who are Truly In Need!
