HELP BUILD Black Achievement Fund's Nu Kemet Community's First Guest House!

We Own The Land, Now It's Time To Build! 

We are excited to announce that we are ready to build our first guest house on our collectively-owned land in Nu Kemet!

The a-frame pyramid-style house we refer to as "Pyramid 1," will sit on one acre of BAF's collectively-owned land in Toomsboro, GA. The house is approx. 2001 square feet and features 20ft ceilings, 3 floors, 3 bdrms, 3 full baths, 2 loft areas and front and back covered decks. The house will also have a private well for water.

This will be a revenue-generating property and the first residential asset in BAF's real estate investment portfolio. Active BAF members will receive discounts on rentals and have access to the entire 112-acre property.  

Cost to Build: $250,000

Cost to Finance/Fundraising Goal: $75,000 (20% down payment - $50,000, plus $25,000 escrow for first year's mortgage payments)

To achieve this goal we need simply need 500 members or supporters to donate $150!
