The woman who took the cat and put it on Craig's List should be charged too. She stole an animal that did not belong to her. This teen should not be allowed to "plead out". I'm sure he's done this before and should be given the maximum sentence as an adult and never allowed to own, live with or work with animals again for the rest of his life.
