When someone is convicted of animal abuse there needs to be harsher penalties than a fine and probation. That is crap!!! There needs to be mandatory jail time for these people!! And we need to get that done … TODAY! Everytime someone is charged with animal abuse.. cruelty and anything else.: their picture needs to be posted on every social media site so people they know…. Friends… family…. Employers know the trash they are around! They also need to meet the tossed salad man in prison as well!
