The Pulse of Perseverance Project (P3) is a career accelerator for underserved students, combining AI-powered mentorship, professional networks, and direct financial support to turn potential into measurable outcomes. Our monthly P3 scholarship is the engine behind that last piece — putting real dollars into the hands of students who are excelling academically and changing the narrative in their communities.

Since 2018, we've awarded more than $100,000 to high school and college students across our partner universities, helping them cover the everyday costs that stand between ambition and achievement: application fees, books, supplies, uniforms, and the fees that too often decide who gets to show up.

This fund was founded by Drs. Pierre Johnson, Max Madhere, and Joe Semien — three physicians who beat long odds together and built P3 because they know no one succeeds alone.
