Support our Latin American PRSSA Chapters' Journey to the 2025 Leadership Assembly! ✈️

Participating in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) National in-person events is a transformative experience. Connecting face-to-face with peers and seasoned professionals, exploring the diverse landscape of PRSSA Chapters, and gaining insights from industry trailblazers are aspects that make these events truly enriching. 

As PRSSA members based in Latin America, however, the geographical distance poses a challenge to partake in these invaluable events. 

We are currently championing the cause for six remarkable individuals - Nayelis Pastrana Torrens, Jerelyn Gonzalez Ortiz, Andrea Mori, Majo Gonzales, Martina Torres Contarini and Teo Ignacio Landoni - representing our Latin American Chapters from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón (Puerto Rico), Universidad de San Martín de Porres (Perú), and Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (Argentina). Together, we are on a mission to make their attendance at the upcoming PRSSA Leadership Assembly in Charlotte, North Carolina (March 6-8, 2025) a reality.

The Leadership Assembly provides a platform for networking with fellow PRSSA members and industry professionals, fostering potential collaborations and mentorship. The event's sessions offer a chance for students to expand their knowledge, gain insights into industry trends, learn from and about other Chapters, and enhance their leadership skills. Their attendance is crucial, as one official delegate from each Chapter will vote to elect the 2025-2026 National Committee and on proposed Bylaw amendments (if any). Also, Martina Torres Contarini and Teo Ignacio Landoni are running for National Office, so they must attend the event to be eligible, and complete their candidacies.

Having witnessed the extraordinary growth and accomplishments of Sagrado, USMP, and UADE PRSSA, we take immense pride in our Latin American Chapters. The above-mentioned students are pivotal members of the leadership team, driving the success and growth of their respective Chapters. Your support in enabling them to attend the Leadership Assembly will be crucial in sustaining this upward trajectory.

Any contribution towards the 2025 Leadership Assembly trip would be immensely appreciated. All funds raised will be directly allocated to cover flight expenses for Nayelis, Jerelyn, Andrea, Majo, Martina, and Teo. Your generosity will not only support their professional and Chapter development but also contribute to the flourishing journey of PRSSA in Latin America.
